Where does the counselling take place?
At my counselling room in Chafford Hundred. I work from home so it is an informal and relaxed setting in a comfortable and safe space. Clients often comment on how they feel the room is relaxing and they experience a sense of calm. The room is on the top floor of my house.
Who do you work with?
I work with adults, couples, children and young people.
How long does the session last?
Our sessions will take place usually on a weekly basis and each session will last 50 minutes at a pre-arranged date and time.
How many sessions will I need?
This is really up to you. I work open-ended, so you may decide you only want six sessions or you may want long-term counselling.
How much will each session cost?
Each session costs £40.00 for a counselling hour and will usually take place on a regular weekly basis.
I offer concession rates to children and counselling students, please contact me for more details.
During the first session we can find out more about each other and you can decide whether you feel that counselling sessions with me will be helpful to you.
How do I know you are legitimate?
I am a Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I am currently working towards Accreditation. I am fully insured and have monthly supervision to ensure I am working effectively and ethically by an Accredited Supervisor.
